Als Junior SEO Consultant lernst du bei uns, wie erfolgreiche SEO-Strategien entstehen und setzt sie direkt um. Du arbeitest eng mit SEO-Expert:innen, Content, Development und Design zusammen – und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden online sichtbarer und erfolgreicher werden.

Aufgaben

Du unterstützt dabei, die digitale Präsenz unserer Kunden nachhaltig zu stärken. Durch die Optimierung von Inhalten, Keywords und Seitenstrukturen sorgst du dafür, dass Websites bei Suchmaschinen und in generativen KI-Systemen optimal gefunden werden.
Du führst Keyword-Recherchen, Wettbewerbsanalysen und technische Audits durch und entwickelst daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Kunden.
Mit Analysen und datenbasierten Insights identifizierst du Optimierungspotenziale entlang der gesamten Customer Journey – mit dem Ziel, Reichweite, Traffic und User Experience kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Du bereitest Reportings und Analysen auf, unterstützt bei Kundenmeetings und Workshops und bringst eigene Ideen in unsere Projekte ein.
Du beobachtest Entwicklungen im SEO-Umfeld, analysierst Wettbewerber und leitest daraus strategische Empfehlungen ab.
Für dich ist SEO Teil eines größeren digitalen Ökosystems. Deshalb arbeitest du eng mit angrenzenden Disziplinen wie SEA, Content, Social Media und Development zusammen.

Anforderungen

Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung im SEO gesammelt – zum Beispiel im Rahmen eines Praktikums, einer Werkstudententätigkeit oder eines Traineeships.
Tools wie Google Search Console, Sistrix oder Screaming Frog sind dir bereits begegnet und du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in deren Anwendung gesammelt.
Du bewegst dich sicher in Content-Management-Systemen wie WordPress und hast idealerweise erste Grundlagen in HTML.
Du arbeitest strukturiert und datenbasiert, zum Beispiel mit Excel oder Google Sheets, und hast Interesse daran, neue Technologien und KI-basierte Lösungen auszuprobieren.
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse für den internen Austausch mit. Gleichzeitig hast du Lust, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und Schritt für Schritt in eine beratende Rolle hineinzuwachsen.

About the job

By optimizing content, keywords, and site structures, you ensure websites perform well in search engines and generative AI systems.
You’ll conduct keyword research, competitor analyses, and technical audits, turning your findings into actionable recommendations for our clients.
Using data and insights, you’ll identify opportunities to improve the entire customer journey – boosting reach, traffic, and user experience.
You’ll prepare reports and analyses, support client meetings and workshops, and contribute your own ideas to projects.
You’ll keep up with SEO trends, monitor competitors, and derive strategic recommendations from your observations.

Requirements

For you, SEO is part of a bigger digital ecosystem. That’s why you’ll work closely with related areas like SEA, content, social media, and development. You already have some hands-on SEO experience – for example, through an internship, working student position, or traineeship.
You’ve seen tools like Google Search Console, Sistrix, or Screaming Frog and ideally have some experience using them.
You’re comfortable in content management systems like WordPress and ideally have basic knowledge of HTML.
You work in a structured, data-driven way – using tools like Excel or Google Sheets – and are curious to explore new technologies and AI-based solutions.
You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills for internal collaboration. At the same time, you’re eager to grow professionally and gradually step into a consulting role.
