As a Junior SEO Consultant, you’ll learn how successful SEO strategies are created and put them into action with your team. You'll work closely with experienced SEO experts, editors, developers, and designers. Together, you’ll make sure our clients get found online.

About the job

You check keywords, watch the competition, and run technical audits. That’s how you spot exciting opportunities for more traffic and better visibility.
With reports and insights, you show where the potential is and actively share your ideas in client meetings and workshops.
Under guidance, you develop action recommendations and learn step by step how to optimize the user experience along the customer journey.
SEO isn’t a one-person show here. Together with us and our colleagues from SEA, Content, Social Media, and Development, you push projects forward.
Keeping an eye on trends and competitors, spotting opportunities, and creating smart solutions together – that’s how you stay at the pulse of the digital world.

Requirements

You’re passionate about digital visibility and already have some SEO experience, for example as an intern, working student, or trainee.
You know tools such as Google Search Console, Sistrix, or Screaming Frog and are excited to explore their capabilities and continuously expand your knowledge.
You enjoy tech: CMS like WordPress, basic HTML, or AI solutions are not foreign to you.
You like working analytically, making data-driven decisions, and trying new approaches.
You bring strong English communication skills that enable smooth team collaboration and allow you to clearly explain technical concepts to stakeholders. German at a minimum B2 level is a must-have. You want to grow, learn, and master the consultant role step by step – and we’ll show you how to present your results with confidence.
