Als Financial Director (m/f/d) bei Conclusion DACH gestaltest du die finanzielle Zukunft unserer Aktivitäten in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Du bist Teil unseres Management Teams, agierst als strategischer Sparringspartner für den Managing Director DACH und treibst die Integration neuer Beteiligungen aktiv voran. Du entwickelst unsere Controlling- und Reportingstrukturen weiter als Grundlage für nachhaltiges Wachstum und unternehmerische Klarheit.

Aufgaben

Du baust ein effektives Beteiligungscontrolling für alle Gesellschaften in der DACH-Region auf und steuerst es mit Fokus auf Transparenz und Steuerbarkeit.
Du konsolidierst und harmonisierst Finanzprozesse über mehrere Einheiten hinweg und etablierst einheitliche Standards.
Du entwickelst klare Strukturen für Reporting, Forecasting und KPI-Monitoring und setzt diese konsequent um.
Du unterstützt aktiv M&A-Prozesse - von der finanziellen Due Diligence bis zur Post-Merger-Integration.
Du arbeitest eng mit der Gruppe in den Niederlanden sowie mit lokalen Geschäftsführungen zusammen und bringst deine Perspektive ein.
Du baust ein leistungsstarkes Finance-Team auf, führst es mit Weitblick und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter.

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren CFO- oder leitenden Controlling-Rolle, vorzugsweise in einem Private-Equity- oder Buy-and-Build-Umfeld.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Beteiligungscontrolling, Group Accounting und M&A.
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität.
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

As Financial Director (m/f/d) at Conclusion DACH, you will shape the financial future of our activities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll be part of our management team, act as a strategic sparring partner for the Managing Director DACH, and actively drive the integration of new entities. You’ll take our controlling and reporting structures to the next level – creating a strong foundation for sustainable growth and entrepreneurial clarity.

About the job

Build and manage an effective investment controlling structure for all entities in the DACH region with a clear focus on transparency and control.
Consolidate and harmonize financial processes across multiple units and establish unified standards.
Develop and implement clear structures for reporting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
Actively support M&A processes – from financial due diligence to post-merger integration.
Collaborate closely with the group in the Netherlands and local management teams, bringing in your financial perspective.
Build and lead a strong finance team, fostering growth and continuous development.

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Finance/Controlling.
Several years of experience in a senior Controlling or CFO role, ideally in a private equity or buy-and-build environment.
Solid expertise in investment controlling, group accounting, and M&A.
Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach.
Confident communication skills in both German and English.
