Für deine Teams steuerst du vielfältige Infrastruktur-, E-Commerce-, CMS- oder IoT-Projekte. Je nach Projekt hat ein Team eine Größe von 3 bis 10 Kollegen. Je nach Projekt arbeitest du mit deinen Kolleg:innen von diva-e, aber auch mit verschiedenen Projektteams unserer Kunden zusammen. Als Mittler zwischen den Welten bist du die Person, die Technik in Business und Business in Technik übersetzt.

Aufgaben

Du steuerst komplexe IT- und Cloud-Projekte von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum Go-live – mit Blick auf Zeit, Budget und Qualität.
Du führst dein Projektteam fachlich, motivierst die Kolleg:innen und sorgst für reibungslose Zusammenarbeit.
Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Cloud Engineers/Cloud Architects und Entwicklungsteams – und übersetzt Technik in Business und umgekehrt.
Du hast Budgets, Ressourcen und Risiken im Blick und steuerst dein Projekt vorausschauend.
Du stellst eine klare und transparente Kommunikation sicher – intern wie extern.
Den operativen Betrieb managst du gemeinsam mit unserem verantwortlichen Service Manager.

Anforderungen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT- oder Cloud-Projekte.
Vertrautheit mit agilem Projektmanagement und ITIL-Prozessen.
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch, souverän im Umgang mit Stakeholdern.
Unternehmerisches Denken, gepaart mit Organisationstalent und Pragmatismus.
Freude an neuen Technologien, Projekten und Kunden – und den Willen, dich weiterzuentwickeln.
Empathische Persönlichkeit, die Teams motiviert und gemeinsam erfolgreich macht.

You will manage diverse infrastructure, e-commerce, CMS, or IoT projects with your teams.Depending on the project, a team consists of 3 to 10 colleagues. You will work with your diva-e colleagues as well as with various client project teams. As a bridge between worlds, you are the person who translates technology into business and business into technology.

About the job

You manage complex IT and cloud projects from requirements gathering to go-live – keeping an eye on time, budget, and quality.
You lead your project team, motivate colleagues, and ensure smooth collaboration.
You act as the interface between clients, Cloud Engineers/Cloud Architects, and development teams – translating technology into business and vice versa.
You oversee budgets, resources, and risks, steering your projects proactively.
You ensure clear and transparent communication – both internally and externally.
You manage the operational side of projects together with our responsible Service Manager.

Requirements

Several years of experience managing complex IT or cloud projects.
Familiarity with agile project management and ITIL processes.
Excellent communication skills in German and English; confident in dealing with stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset combined with organizational talent and pragmatism.
Passion for new technologies, projects, and clients – with a strong desire to keep learning and developing.
Empathetic personality that motivates teams and drives success together.
