Als Expert Strategy Consultant bist du der Dreh- und Angelpunkt: Du entwickelst Strategien, bringst neue Geschäftsmodelle ins Rollen und begleitest unsere Kunden durch komplexe digitale Transformationen – von der ersten Idee bis zum globalen Roll-out.

Aufgaben

Du entwickelst Digital-Commercial-Excellence-Strategien für Marketing, Vertrieb & Service – mit spürbarem Business Impact.
Du gestaltest zukunftsfähige Operating Models, die Technologien wie Adobe, Salesforce, SAP oder Spryker nachhaltig in Organisationen verankern.
Du baust digitale Geschäftsmodelle & Plattformstrategien für internationale Märkte auf und begleitest deren Umsetzung.
Du steuerst Transformationsprogramme - mit Change-Management, klaren KPIs und Fokus auf ROI.
Du arbeitest eng mit C-Level und Business Units zusammen und präsentierst in Pitches, auf Events und in Thought-Leadership-Formaten.

Anforderungen

Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Strategieberatung oder Digitalprojekten im B2B Industrial- oder Automotive-Umfeld mit.
Du kennst Branchenlogiken und Wertschöpfungsketten – und weißt, wie digitale Vertriebs- und Serviceprozesse funktionieren.
Du zeigst Erfolge in digitaler Transformation und Change Management.
Du begeisterst dich für Technologien, Plattformen und KI im B2B-Kontext.
Du überzeugst mit analytischer Stärke und klarer Kommunikation – auf C-Level genauso wie im Team.

About the job

You develop Digital Commercial Excellence strategies for Marketing, Sales & Service – with a clear business impact.
You design future-ready operating models that anchor technologies like Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, or Spryker sustainably within organizations.
You build digital business models and platform strategies for international markets and support their implementation.
You manage transformation programs – with change management, clear KPIs, and a strong focus on ROI.
You work closely with C-level and business units, presenting in pitches, at events, and in thought-leadership formats.

Requirements

You bring at least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or digital projects in a B2B industrial or automotive environment.
You understand industry dynamics and value chains – and know how digital sales and service processes work.
You have a proven track record in digital transformation and change management.
You are passionate about technologies, platforms, and AI in the B2B context.
You impress with strong analytical skills and clear communication – both at C-level and within the team.
