Als Expert SEO Consultant bei diva-e bist du nicht einfach nur ein Berater – du bist Treiber für große SEO-Strategien, sichtbare Stimme in Pitches und Thought Leader im Team. Du setzt dein Know-how dort ein, wo es den größten Impact hat: bei Enterprise-Kund, in der Sichtbarkeit nach außen und in der Weiterentwicklung unserer SEO-Unit.

Egal, ob du auf dem Land oder in einer anderen Stadt lebst – wir finden eine Lösung. Bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, in ganz Deutschland remote zu arbeiten.

Aufgaben

Du überzeugst in Wettbewerbspräsentationen, entwickelst Konzepte mit Wow-Effekt und zeigst, welchen Business-Impact SEO haben kann.
Du berätst Kunden auf C-Level-Niveau und entwickelst nachhaltige SEO-Strategien mit echtem Mehrwert.
Du positionierst diva-e im Markt – z. B. durch Konferenzauftritte, Publikationen, Whitepaper oder Networking.
Du coachst Kollegen, gibst Wissen weiter und sorgst dafür, dass wir im SEO immer einen Schritt voraus sind.
Du experimentierst mit KI, Automatisierung und neuen Tools und bringst Best Practices aktiv ins Team.
Du arbeitest eng mit Developer- und Content-Teams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass deine Strategien optimal umgesetzt werden.

Anforderungen

Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im SEO – mit einem klaren Schwerpunkt auf Strategie, Beratung und technischer Tiefe.
In Pitches, Präsentationen und der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit Entscheider:innen überzeugst du mit souveränem Auftreten und fundiertem Fachwissen.
Enterprise-Kunden, komplexe Projekte oder internationale Zusammenarbeit? Genau dein Terrain.
Innovation, Daten und KI begeistern dich – und du nutzt sie, um neue Standards zu setzen.
Dein Wissen teilst du gern auch über Projekte hinaus: ob in Vorträgen, Blogposts oder durch Thought Leadership.
Dabei hast du Freude daran, andere zu inspirieren und unser SEO-Team langfristig voranzubringen.

About the job

You’re confident in pitch presentations, develop concepts that truly impress, and prove how powerful SEO can be for business.
You advise clients at C-level and build long-term SEO strategies that create real impact.
You help position diva-e in the market – through conference talks, publications, whitepapers, or networking.
You coach colleagues, share your expertise, and make sure our SEO team always stays ahead of the curve.
You experiment with AI, automation, and new tools – and bring fresh best practices into the team.
You collaborate closely with developers and content experts to make sure your strategies come to life in the best possible way.

Requirements

You bring several years of SEO experience – with a strong focus on strategy, consulting, and technical depth.
In pitches, presentations, and direct conversations with decision-makers, you impress with confidence and expertise.
Enterprise clients, complex projects, international collaboration? That’s where you feel at home.
Innovation, data, and AI inspire you – and you use them to set new standards.
You enjoy sharing your knowledge beyond projects, whether through talks, blog posts, or thought leadership.
Most of all, you love inspiring others and helping our SEO team grow for the long run.
