Als Senior Adobe MarTech Solutions Consultant (m/w/d) machst du aus komplexen Anforderungen smarte Lösungen – und aus Daten echte Erlebnisse. Mit der Adobe Experience Cloud – insbesondere AEP, Adobe Target und Adobe Analytics – katapultierst du die Projekte unserer Kunden auf das nächste Level.Dein Spielfeld reicht von der strategischen Beratung bis zur technischen Umsetzung. Du planst, baust und optimierst Marketingprozesse, die begeistern, messbar performen und nachhaltig wirken. Dein Know-how ist der Gamechanger.

Aufgaben

Du übernimmst eigenständig Digital-Analytics-Projekte – von der Anforderung über das Tracking-Konzept bis zur Abstimmung mit der Entwicklung.
Mit Adobe Analytics analysierst du Nutzerdaten und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
Du entwickelst und realisierst A/B-Tests sowie Personalisierungen mit Adobe Target, um die User-Experience gezielt zu verbessern.
Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Setups in der Adobe Experience Platform – inklusive Datenmodellen und Audience-Strategien.
Dein Wissen gibst du in Workshops und Schulungen weiter und begleitest unsere Kund:innen bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Marketingprozesse.

Anforderungen

Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung mit Adobe Analytics und/oder Target mit – Kenntnisse in AEP sind ein echter Vorteil.
Moderne Webtechnologien beherrschst du souverän und setzt dein technisches Verständnis gezielt ein.
Erste Erfahrungen mit RTCDP, AJO oder CJA? Perfekt – du bringst sie direkt in spannende Projekte ein.
Du erklärst komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und verständlich, auf Deutsch wie auf Englisch.
Als Teamplayer arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert – immer mit Blick auf das große Ganze.

About the job

You take ownership of digital analytics projects from requirements and tracking concepts to coordination with development teams.
With Adobe Analytics, you analyze user data and translate your insights into concrete optimization actions.
You design and execute A/B tests and personalization campaigns with Adobe Target to improve the user experience in a targeted way.
You support the implementation and enhancement of setups in the Adobe Experience Platform, including data models and audience strategies.
You share your knowledge through workshops and training sessions and guide our clients in evolving their marketing processes.

Requirements

You bring solid experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Target, and knowledge of AEP is a real plus.
You are confident with modern web technologies and apply your technical expertise effectively.
Have some experience with RTCDP, AJO, or CJA? Perfect – you can bring it straight into exciting projects.
You explain complex concepts clearly and understandably, in both German and English.
As a team player, you work independently, stay structured, and focus on results – always keeping the big picture in mind.
