Aufgaben

Du machst B2B-Marketing, das wirkt. Mit digitalen Kampagnen, gutem Content und Events, die man nicht vergisst. Strategisch gedacht, operativ stark umgesetzt.
Du entwickelst Customer Journeys, die Menschen abholen – automatisiert, datengetrieben und entlang des gesamten Funnels. Von Awareness bis Conversion.
Du steuerst kanalübergreifende Kampagnen – auf der Website, per E-Mail, auf LinkedIn (organisch und paid). KPIs? Klar. Die hast du im Blick und bringst sie nach vorn.
Du setzt moderne Marketingautomatisierung um – unterstützt von KI-Tools wie ChatGPT. Nicht zum Selbstzweck, sondern für mehr Effizienz und bessere Ergebnisse.
Du entwickelst Inhalte, die genau treffen. Zielgruppenspezifisch, kreativ, effizient – und gestützt durch generative KI, wo’s passt.
Du führst Projekte eigenständig, bringst neue Impulse ins Team und arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Projektmanagement und Tech-Partnern zusammen.
Du erkennst Trends – gerade im Bereich KI – und machst daraus konkrete Lösungen für B2B-Marketing, das heute und morgen funktioniert.

Anforderungen

Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen B2B-Marketing – ob Automatisierung, Performance oder Content ist dabei zweitrangig. Hauptsache: Wirkung.
Du hast schon mit Tools wie ChatGPT gearbeitet – und weißt, wie man generative KI sinnvoll im Marketing einsetzt.
Du denkst strategisch, triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten – und verlierst trotzdem nie die Nutzer:innen aus dem Blick.
Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, ohne dich hinter Prozessen zu verstecken. Du packst an und bringst voran.
Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und hast Lust, Dinge neu zu denken – gemeinsam mit anderen.
Dein Deutsch ist sehr gut, dein Englisch gut genug, um dich sicher durch internationale Meetings und Texte zu bewegen.

About the job

You create B2B marketing that makes an impact – with digital campaigns, strong content, and memorable events. Thought through strategically, executed with precision.
You build customer journeys that truly connect – automated, data-driven, and covering the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
You run cross-channel campaigns – on the website, via email, and on LinkedIn (both organic and paid). KPIs? You've got them in sight and know how to move the needle.
You bring modern marketing automation to life – powered by AI tools like ChatGPT. Not just for the hype, but to boost efficiency and drive results.
You create content that hits the mark – targeted, creative, and efficient. And when it makes sense, supported by generative AI.
You lead projects independently, bring fresh ideas to the team, and work closely with sales, project management, and our tech partners.
You spot trends – especially in AI – and turn them into real solutions for B2B marketing that works today and tomorrow.

Requirements

You have several years of experience in digital B2B marketing – whether in automation, performance, or content doesn't matter that much. What counts is impact.
You've already worked with tools like ChatGPT – and you know how to use generative AI in a smart, meaningful way.
You think strategically, make decisions based on data – and still keep the user perspective in mind.
You work independently and in a structured way – without hiding behind processes. You take initiative and get things done.
You're a team player, a strong communicator, and open to rethinking the way things are done – together with others.
Your German is excellent, and your English is strong enough to handle international meetings and content with confidence.
