Als Senior Solution Architect für Adobe Experience Platform übernimmst du die technische Verantwortung in komplexen AEP-Projekten – von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Systemarchitektur bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, denkst datengetrieben und entwickelst skalierbare, zukunftssichere Lösungen, die echten Business Impact liefern. Gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team bringst du AEP-Projekte zum Erfolg – mit technischer Tiefe, strategischem Weitblick und dem Anspruch, Kundenerlebnisse messbar besser zu machen.

Aufgaben

Du verantwortest die technische Gesamtarchitektur von AEP-Lösungen – mit Fokus auf Real-Time CDP, CJA, AJO – und begleitest Führungsebenen als verlässliche:r Sparringspartner:in in der digitalen Transformation.
Du entwickelst durchdachte, belastbare Datenmodelle (XDM), orchestrierst Identity Frameworks, Segmentierungsstrategien und überführst diese in skalierbare AEP-Plattformen.
Du verbindest Systeme, Datenquellen und Touchpoints – effizient, sicher, performant. Ob CRM-Anbindung, Source/Destination-Konnektoren oder API-Governance: Du denkst ganzheitlich und setzt präzise um.
Du erkennst Potenziale neuer Adobe-Komponenten frühzeitig – z. B. Offer Decisioning – und bringst neue Impulse gezielt in unsere Projekte und in unser internes Kompetenzzentrum ein.
Du führst multidisziplinäre Teams mit klarer Zielorientierung, übernimmst Budgetverantwortung und entwickelst belastbare Architekturskizzen für Angebotsprozesse und Kundenpräsentationen.
Du teilst Wissen – intern wie extern. In Workshops, Trainings und strategischen Kundendialogen. Du stärkst unsere Teams und positionierst dich als anerkannte:r Expert:in in deinem Bereich.

Anforderungen

Du hast langjährige Erfahrung mit der Adobe Experience Platform – am besten aus komplexen Enterprise-Setups im B2C- und B2B-Bereich. Du weißt, wie man AEP-Projekte wirklich zum Laufen bringt – strategisch wie technisch.
XDM, Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration, Segmentierung, Identity, APIs, SQL: Für dich keine Buzzwords, sondern Mittel zum Zweck. Du nutzt sie, um Mehrwert zu schaffen – messbar und nachhaltig.
Du siehst das große Ganze. Datenmodelle, Integrationen, Datenschutz und Personalisierung bringst du so zusammen, dass daraus performante Plattformlösungen entstehen.
Du bringst komplexe Themen verständlich auf den Punkt, überzeugst mit Substanz und hast das Standing, Entscheider:innen durch Transformationsprozesse zu führen.
.Du hast Teams geleitet, Projekte gesteuert und weißt, wie man auch in kritischen Phasen Kurs hält. Qualität, Budget und Impact verlierst du dabei nicht aus dem Blick.
Du hast ein gutes Gespür für neue Technologien, erkennst Trends mit Potenzial und bringst zukunftsfähige Ansätze aktiv in Projekte ein. Innovation beginnt für dich nicht auf Folien, sondern in der Praxis.

About the job

You take end-to-end responsibility for the technical architecture of AEP solutions – with a focus on Real-Time CDP, CJA, and AJO – and act as a trusted sparring partner for leadership teams driving digital transformation.
You design robust, well-structured data models (XDM), orchestrate identity frameworks and segmentation strategies, and translate them into scalable AEP platform setups.
You connect systems, data sources, and customer touchpoints – efficiently, securely, and with high performance. Whether it's CRM integration, source/destination connectors, or API governance – you think holistically and execute with precision.
You identify the potential of new Adobe components early on – such as Offer Decisioning – and proactively bring innovation into projects and our internal competence center.
You lead multidisciplinary teams with a clear focus on outcomes, manage budgets, and develop reliable architecture concepts for proposals and customer presentations.
You share your expertise – internally and externally. Through workshops, training sessions, and strategic customer conversations, you strengthen our teams and position yourself as a recognized expert in your field.

Requirements

You have many years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform – ideally within complex enterprise setups across both B2C and B2B environments. You know what it takes to make AEP projects succeed – strategically and technically.
XDM, Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration, Segmentation, Identity, APIs, SQL – for you, these aren't just buzzwords, but essential tools to create real, measurable, and lasting value.
You see the bigger picture. You know how to bring together data models, integrations, privacy requirements, and personalization to build high-performing platform solutions.
You explain complex topics clearly and confidently, with the depth to convince decision-makers and guide them through transformation processes.
You’ve led teams, managed projects, and know how to stay on course even during challenging phases – always keeping quality, budget, and impact in focus.
