Als Senior SEO AI Specialist bei diva-e verbindest du technisches SEO mit künstlicher Intelligenz und Automatisierung – und entwickelst Strategien, die skalieren und Wirkung zeigen.

Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams, entwickelst smarte Workflows auf KI-Basis und tauchst tief ein: von Crawling über Entity-Mapping bis zu semantischen Modellen. Dabei denkst du immer einen Schritt weiter – von Core Web Vitals über automatisierte SEO-Prozesse bis hin zu neuen digitalen Geschäftsmodellen.

Egal, ob du auf dem Land oder in einer anderen Stadt lebst – wir finden eine Lösung. Bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, in ganz Deutschland remote zu arbeiten.

Aufgaben

Von Logfile-Analyse bis strukturierte Daten: Du weißt, was du tust – und noch viel wichtiger: warum.
Komplexe Architekturen, Pagespeed, JavaScript oder hreflang? Wo andere aussteigen, fängst du erst an. Hier fühlst du dich zuhause.
Deine Strategien denken weiter: Google ist für dich nicht das Ziel, sondern ein Kanal. Du hast Touchpoints, Content-Formate und Zielgruppen immer im Blick.
KI ist für dich mehr als Buzzword: Du nutzt sie, um Prozesse zu automatisieren, Inhalte zu clustern, Entities zu erkennen oder Reports smarter zu machen. Python oder R? Für dich ganz normale Tools.
Ob Workflow, Dashboard oder Tool: Du denkst in Systemen, die skalieren – und euch als Team effizienter machen.
Du testest, optimierst, erkennst Muster: Daraus entwickelst du Lösungen, die wirklich wirken. Erfahrung mit AI-Publishing, SEO-SaaS oder ähnlichen Modellen? Umso besser.

Anforderungen

Für dich ist SEO kein Selbstzweck – du denkst in klaren Business-Zielen und richtest deine Maßnahmen gezielt danach aus.
Du kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich und souverän vermitteln – auf Englisch, im Kundentermin genauso wie im Team oder beim Pitch.
Entscheidungen triffst du nicht aus dem Bauch heraus, sondern auf Basis von Daten – und weißt, wie man Prozesse smart automatisiert.
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Projekte, bringst eigene Ideen ein und setzt Dinge proaktiv in Bewegung.
Du teilst dein Wissen gerne, bist offen für Neues und willst dich gemeinsam mit deinem Team weiterentwickeln.
Du hast schon erste Erfahrungen mit Python, PHP, R oder ähnlichen Tools gesammelt? Stark! Ist kein Muss, aber ein echtes Plus.

From log file analysis to structured data: You know what you’re doing – and even more important – you know why.
Complex architectures, page speed, JavaScript-heavy websites or hreflang? That’s your comfort zone, while others already check out.
Your strategies go beyond Google: You always keep touchpoints, content formats and target audiences in mind.
You use AI to automate processes, cluster content, detect entities or make reporting smarter. Python or R? Not a mystery to you – just tools you work with.
Workflows, dashboards, small tools: You think in systems that make your life – and your team’s – easier.
You test, optimize, spot patterns: And turn them into scalable solutions. Experience with AI publishing, SEO SaaS or similar models? Perfect.

Requirements

You don’t see SEO as a goal in itself – you align your actions with clear business objectives.
You explain complex topics clearly and confidently – in English, whether it’s in a client meeting, with your team, or in a pitch.
You base your decisions on data – and know how to automate data-driven processes.
You take ownership of your projects, bring in fresh ideas, and push things forward proactively.
You’re open-minded, like to share your knowledge, and enjoy growing together with your team.
Got first experience with Python, PHP, R, or similar automation tools? Great! Not a must, but definitely a plus.
