Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für unser Adobe-Portfolio – von AEM über Analytics bis hin zu Target und AEP – und trägst dabei auch die Personal- und Leistungsverantwortung für dein Team.
Du baust ein starkes Team aus Consultants, Architekten und Entwicklern auf, förderst Talente und sorgst dafür, dass alle ihr Bestes geben können.
Du gestaltest den Bereich strategisch weiter, entwickelst innovative Lösungen und bringst spannende Partnerschaften ins Spiel – damit unsere Projekte immer einen Schritt voraus sind.
Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Marketing und Adobe zusammen und positionierst diva-e klar als Top-Player im Adobe-Ökosystem.
Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe – von der Beratung bis zur Umsetzung – und übernimmst die Verantwortung für erfolgreiche, internationale Delivery-Strukturen inklusive Near- und Offshore-Teams.
Du triffst klare Entscheidungen, agierst strukturiert und zielorientiert und überzeugst Kunden sowie dein Team mit deinem souveränen Auftritt – auf allen Ebenen und in beiden Sprachen.

Anforderungen

Du hast tiefe Expertise in der Adobe Experience Cloud, insbesondere AEM – ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit weiteren Tools wie Target, Analytics oder AEP.
Du hast Teams aufgebaut, weiterentwickelt und führst mit Haltung, Vertrauen und Ergebnisfokus.
Du kennst den gesamten Projektzyklus – von Beratung über Konzeption bis hin zur Umsetzung komplexer Enterprise-Vorhaben.
Du denkst strategisch, handelst lösungsorientiert und hast Lust, das Adobe-Geschäft aktiv voranzubringen.
Souveränes Auftreten auf allen Ebenen – ob im Team, mit Kund:innen oder auf C-Level – in Deutsch und Englisch.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, entscheidungsstark und mit klarer Zielorientierung. Ein technischer Background ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

About the job

You take full ownership of our Adobe portfolio – from AEM to Analytics, Target, and AEP – and carry both the performance and people responsibility for your team.
You build a strong team of consultants, architects, and developers, nurture talent, and create an environment where everyone can do their best work.
You drive the strategic development of the Adobe area, create innovative solutions, and establish strong partnerships – keeping our projects one step ahead.
You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Adobe to position diva-e as a top player in the Adobe ecosystem.
You ensure smooth end-to-end delivery – from consulting to implementation – and take ownership of international delivery structures, including nearshore and offshore teams.
You make clear decisions, work in a structured and goal-oriented way, and inspire both clients and your team with your confident presence – on all levels and in both German and English.

Requirements

You have deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, especially AEM, along with experience in other tools like Target, Analytics, or AEP.
You have built and developed teams and lead with integrity, trust, and a focus on results.
You know the entire project lifecycle – from consulting and planning to implementing complex enterprise solutions.
You think strategically, act solution-oriented, and are eager to drive the Adobe business forward.
You present yourself confidently at all levels – within your team, with clients, and at the C-level – in both German and English.
You work in a structured, decisive, and goal-focused way. A technical background is a plus, but not required.
