Als Team Lead SEO Consultant übernimmst du die strategische Führung und Weiterentwicklung unserer SEO-Expertise. Du entwickelst innovative Strategien, hast die Such-Trends im Blick, leitest dein Team fachlich an und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden langfristig an der Spitze stehen.

Aufgaben

Du führst dein Team auf Expertenniveau, förderst individuelle Weiterentwicklung und sorgst für starken Wissensaustausch – mit dem Anspruch, technologische Innovationen frühzeitig zu erkennen und erfolgreich zu integrieren. Dein stetiges Ziel: Exzellenz in Beratung, Analyse und Umsetzung.
Du setzt SEO-Roadmaps um, optimierst die Performance und fokussierst dich auf nachhaltiges Wachstum – datengetrieben, innovativ und mit klarem Blick für Potenziale.
Mit tiefgehenden Analysen, technischen Audits und Wettbewerbsvergleichen identifizierst du Chancen und steuerst Maßnahmen, die messbare Erfolge liefern.
Du bist strategischer Sparringspartner des Managements, berätst Kunden proaktiv und bringst Empfehlungen klar auf den Punkt – mit Reportings, die Erfolge sichtbar machen.
Du orchestrierst SEO mit SEA, Paid Advertising und Content-Marketing, um digitale Strategien noch wirksamer zu machen.

Anforderungen

Führung ist deine Leidenschaft und Stärke. Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung eines Teams und förderst Talente mit klarer Vision.
SEO ist für dich Strategie, nicht nur Optimierung. Du erkennst Wachstumspotenziale und setzt datenbasierte Entscheidungen konsequent um.
Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in SEO-Consulting oder Inhouse-SEO und tiefgehendes Know-how in technischer, inhaltlicher und strategischer Suchmaschinenoptimierung.
Du präsentierst komplexe SEO-Strategien verständlich, führst Kunden zielgerichtet und setzt Projekte mit klarem Fahrplan um.
Du denkst in digitalen Wachstumsstrategien. SEO ist für dich nicht isoliert – du verstehst digitale Ökosysteme und weißt, an welchen Stellschrauben du drehen musst, um ein Cross-Sell zu platzieren.

You implement SEO roadmaps, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth – data-driven, innovative, and with a sharp eye for opportunities.
Through in-depth analyses, technical audits, and competitive benchmarking, you identify opportunities and drive initiatives that deliver measurable success.
As a strategic partner to management, you proactively advise clients and communicate recommendations clearly – with reports that make success visible.
You align SEO with SEA, paid advertising, and content marketing to maximize the impact of digital strategies.

Requirements

Leadership is your passion and strength. You have experience leading a team on a professional level and nurture talent with a clear vision.
For you, SEO is strategy, not just optimization. You identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions with precision.
You bring several years of experience in SEO consulting or in-house SEO, with deep expertise in technical, content, and strategic search engine optimization.
You translate complex SEO strategies into clear, actionable insights, guiding clients effectively and executing projects with a structured approach.You think in terms of digital growth strategies.
SEO is not an isolated field for you – you understand digital ecosystems and know exactly which levers to pull to drive cross-sell opportunities.
