Als Senior Marketing Manager - Employee Communication bringst du unsere interne Kommunikation auf das nächste Level und stärkst unser Employer Branding nachhaltig. Du entwickelst kreative Konzepte, setzt sie eigenverantwortlich um und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Botschaften genau da ankommen, wo sie wirken – bei unseren Mitarbeitenden.

Aufgaben

Du entwickelst eine interne Kommunikationsstrategie, die nicht nur zu unserer Unternehmensvision passt, sondern sie auch erlebbar macht. 
Du erstellst packende Inhalte für Newsletter, unser Intranet und interne Kampagnen – informativ, klar und mit echtem Mehrwert. 
Auf Social Media zeigst du, warum diva-e der Place-to-be ist – und positionierst uns als Top-Arbeitgeber. 
Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Führungskräfte in der internen Kommunikation und bei strategischen Weiterentwicklungen.
Du analysierst, was ankommt, misst den Erfolg unserer Kommunikation und leitest Maßnahmen ab, um sie noch besser zu machen.

Anforderungen

Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in interner Kommunikation, Marketing oder Employer Branding und weißt, wie man Menschen mit Worten bewegt. 
Komplexe Themen? Kein Problem für dich! Du kannst sie verständlich, inspirierend und mit dem richtigen Ton aufbereiten – egal, ob für ein internes Memo oder eine Social-Media-Kampagne. 
Du kennst dich mit modernen Kommunikationstools und Social-Media-Plattformen aus und weißt, welche Kanäle wann und wie den größten Impact haben. 
Du bewegst dich souverän auf allen Ebenen – vom Azubi bis zur Geschäftsführung. Dabei überzeugst du durch Empathie, Klarheit und eine Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe. 
Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Gespür für Marketing & HR – und weißt genau, wie beide Bereiche zusammen eine starke Arbeitgebermarke formen und setzt das aktiv um.

About the job

You develop an internal communication strategy that not only aligns with our company vision but makes it come to life.
You create engaging content for newsletters, our intranet, and internal campaigns – informative, clear, and truly valuable.
On social media, you showcase why diva-e is the place to be – positioning us as a top employer.
You advise and support our leadership team in internal communication and strategic developments.
You analyze what resonates, measure the success of our communication, and implement actions to make it even better.

Requirements

You have several years of experience in internal communication, marketing, or employer branding and know how to engage people with the right words.
Complex topics? No problem! You can break them down in a clear, inspiring way with the right tone – whether it’s for an internal memo or a social media campaign.
You’re familiar with modern communication tools and social media platforms and know which channels to use for maximum impact.
You’re confident at all levels – from trainees to top management – and build connections through empathy, clarity, and a collaborative approach.
You’re a team player with a strong sense of marketing and HR – understanding how both come together to create a strong employer brand, and you actively make it happen.
