Als Salesforce Architekt (m/w/d) stehst du im Mittelpunkt der Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team treibst du die Umsetzung komplexer CRM Salesforce Projekte voran. Du hilfst unseren Kunden dabei, ihre Vertriebswege mit automatisierten Abläufen auf maximale Kundenzufriedenheit auszurichten. In deiner Rolle legst du das Fundament für die Funktionsfähigkeit der digitalen Lösungen.

Aufgaben

Als technischer Ansprechpartner übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich die Konzeption sowie Umsetzung von Salesforce-Projekten, mit Fokus auf Salesforce Sales-, Service- & Experience-Cloud.
Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Projektteam: Führst durch alle Phasen unserer Projekte - von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Lösungskonzeption bis hin zur Projekteinführung sowie User-Training.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Integration von Salesforce-Lösungen in bestehende IT-Landschaften, und optimierst betriebliche Prozesse.
Du hast Spaß bei Anpassungen (Konfiguration) an neuen als auch bestehenden Salesforce-Systemen, dabei kannst du dein Know-how sowie Ideen in die Gestaltung von Kundenprojekten einbringen und eng mit deinen Kollegen zusammenarbeiten.
Du bist Ansprechpartner bei unseren Kunden - führst Präsentationen, Workshops, Expertenrunden und Meetings selbst durch.

Anforderungen

Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der erfolgreichen technischen Umsetzung von Salesforce (Multi-) Projekten, idealerweise als Lead Consultant, Solution Architekt oder in ähnlicher Position.
Du verfügst über ein umfassendes Wissen über Salesforce Core (einschließlich Sales Cloud oder Service Cloud oder einer Kombination aus diesen), Salesforce Marketing Cloud Sales als auch Salesforce Service Cloud.
Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe mit. Zudem hohe Einsatzbereitschaft kombiniert mit analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten.
Du hast Lust auf ein internationales Umfeld und bist kommunikationsstark in Englisch sowie Deutsch.

About the job

Serve as the technical point of contact, responsible for the conception and implementation of Salesforce projects, with a focus on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Bridge the gap between our customers and project teams by steering projects through every phase – from understanding requirements and designing solutions to implementation and user training
Take a hands-on role in crafting end-to-end technical solutions, conducting code reviews, and driving development.
Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions into existing IT environments while optimizing operational processes.
Leverage your expertise and creativity to customize and configure Salesforce systems, designing customer projects that are as innovative as they are effective.
Lead presentations, workshops, expert panels, and meetings, becoming the go-to person for our customers.

Requirements

You have several years of experience in the successful technical implementation of Salesforce (multi-) projects, ideally as Technical Lead, Lead Consultant, Salesforce Architect or in a similar position.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Core, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Bonus points if you’ve also dived into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You’re passionate about backend software development, excelling in APEX and complex flows. You’re well-versed in Service Cloud and have hands-on experience with Front-End technologies like LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Your strong grasp of operational processes is matched by your sharp analytical and conceptual skills.
You enjoy working in an international environment and are a strong communicator in both German & English.
