Du entwickelst zusammen mit der Leitung des Competence Centers SAP das Team weiter, stärkst unser Serviceportfolio und baust Fach- sowie Prozesskompetenzen aus. Zwischen Kundenprojekten, Presales und Partnermanagement sorgst du dafür, dass wir unsere Kunden immer wieder begeistern.

Aufgaben

Du findest innovative Wege, um Prozesse in der Customer Experience zu digitalisieren, und gibst Empfehlungen, die nicht nur sinnvoll, sondern auch umsetzbar sind. Dabei lernst du immer dazu und bringst dein Wissen auf das nächste Level.
Gemeinsam mit wechselnden Teams entwickelst du Value Storys und Business Cases, arbeitest an Blueprints und planst klare, aussagekräftige Projekt-Roadmaps.
Workshops zu fachlichen Anforderungen im Presales-Bereich moderierst du souverän und bringst so digitale Transformation ins Rollen.
Im Fachteam treibst du Innovationen und Use Cases über unser SAP-Portfolio voran und unterstützt aktiv bei der Vermarktung im Presales.
Dein Verhandlungsgeschick ist unschlagbar. Damit erschließt du neue Geschäftsfelder bei Bestandskunden, findest neue Chancen und bringst sie erfolgreich zum Abschluss. Bereit für spannende Herausforderungen?

Anforderungen

Du bist ein echter Profi, wenn es um Prozesse und Systeme in einer oder mehreren SAP-CX-Applikationen geht.
Du hast mehrjährige Beratungserfahrung, die davon geprägt ist, unseren Kunden greifbare Vorteile und echten Geschäftswert zu zeigen.
Kundenorientierung, Lernbereitschaft und Begeisterung – das sind keine Schlagworte für dich, sondern deine DNA.
Mit deinem Kommunikationstalent und deiner Motivation bist du ein Gewinn für jedes Team – erst recht in einem dynamischen Umfeld, das stetig wächst.
Deine Neugier treibt dich an. Menschen, Branchen, Projekte? Du willst wissen, was morgen auf dich wartet.
Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und überzeugst durch deinen klaren Fokus auf Ergebnisse.

About the job

You find innovative ways to digitalize processes in customer experience and provide recommendations that are both practical and actionable. Along the way, you’re always learning and taking your expertise to the next level.
Working with different teams, you create value stories and business cases, develop blueprints, and design clear, impactful project roadmaps.
You confidently lead workshops on business requirements in the presales phase, helping kickstart digital transformation.
Within the specialist team, you drive innovations and use cases across our SAP portfolio and actively support presales marketing efforts.
Your negotiation skills are top-notch. You unlock new business opportunities with existing clients, discover fresh opportunities, and close them successfully. Ready for exciting challenges?

Requirements

You’re a true expert when it comes to processes and systems in one or more SAP CX applications.
With several years of consulting experience, you’re skilled at delivering real business value and tangible benefits to clients.
Customer focus, a passion for learning, and enthusiasm are second nature to you.
Your communication skills and motivation make you a great addition to any team, especially in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Your curiosity drives you – whether it’s people, industries, or projects, you’re always excited to see what’s next.
You work independently, focus on solutions, and consistently deliver strong results.
You’re also open to occasional client visits, as you see direct contact as a valuable opportunity, not just a task.
