Unsere IT sorgt an sechs Standorten dafür, dass alles läuft. 17 Kollegen in drei Teams halten unsere Systeme am Laufen. Unser First-Level-Support kümmert sich um den User-Support und organisiert sich über MS Teams. Das Team Zentrale Infrastruktur stellt sicher, dass unsere IT-Systeme zuverlässig, sicher und automatisiert sind und unser Team Digital Transformation sorgt dafür, dass unsere digitalen Prozesse kontinuierlich optimiert sowie integriert werden.

Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Führung und Weiterentwicklung des gesamten IT-Teams, immer mit dem Ziel, deine Teammitglieder zu fördern.
Du planst und verwaltest das IT-Budget der gesamten diva-e-Gruppe und stimmst dich eng mit der Geschäftsführung zu strategischen IT-Themen ab.
Du entwickelst eine klare Digitalstrategie und setzt sie um – dabei hast du immer die Optimierung und nahtlose Integration unserer digitalen Systeme im Blick.
IT-Sicherheit und Governance sind für dich selbstverständlich. Begriffe wie ISO und TISAX sind dir nicht nur vertraut, du weißt auch, wie du diese Zertifizierungen erfolgreich umsetzt.
Du legst deinen Fokus auf die Automatisierung von Prozessen, die Professionalisierung des Support/Service Desk sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheits- und Datenschutzmaßnahmen.
Du bereitest Entscheidungen auf C-Level-Ebene auf und vertrittst sie.
Du entwirfst mit deinem Team innovative Konzepte, die das Wachstum der diva-e unterstützen und langfristig absichern.

Anforderungen

Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von IT-Teams und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen als Projekt- oder Programm-Manager im technischen Umfeld gesammelt.
Du bist versiert in aktuellen Technologien wie MS 365, Atlassian, Active Directory, AzureAD und Virtualisierung und interessierst dich für verschiedene IT-Prozesse.
Du zeichnest dich durch hervorragende Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten aus und arbeitest strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert.
Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung aus schnell wachsenden Unternehmen mit und hast ein gutes Verständnis für ERP-Systeme (z.B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle).
Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte zu priorisieren und zu steuern, und erzielst sowohl auf strategischer als auch operativer Ebene exzellente Ergebnisse.

Employer

Our IT team keeps things running smoothly across six locations. Seventeen colleagues in three teams ensure everything works as it should. The First-Level Support team looks after user support and coordinates through MS Teams. The Central Infrastructure team makes sure our IT systems are secure, reliable, and automated and the Digital Transformation team continuously improves and integrates our digital processes

About the job

You lead and grow the entire IT team, always focused on empowering your people.
You plan and manage the IT budget for the whole diva-e group, working closely with leadership on strategic IT decisions.
You develop a clear digital strategy and bring it to life—always with an eye on optimizing and seamlessly integrating our digital systems.
IT security and governance are second nature to you. Terms like ISO and TISAX are more than familiar—you know how to successfully implement these certifications.
Your priorities: automating processes, professionalizing the support/service desk, and enhancing security and data protection.
You prepare decisions for the C-level and represent them confidently.
With your team, you create innovative concepts that drive diva-e’s growth and secure its future.

Requirements

You’ve got years of experience leading IT teams, and ideally, you’ve already gained some first-hand experience as a project or program manager in a technical environment.
You’re confident with modern technologies like MS 365, Atlassian, Active Directory, AzureAD, and virtualization—and you’ve got a keen interest in a wide range of IT processes.
Your standout skills? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation, paired with a structured and results-driven approach.
Experience in fast-growing companies? Even better. Plus, you’ve got a solid understanding of ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle.
You know how to prioritize and manage complex projects, delivering top-notch results on both a strategic and operational level.
