Als Werkstudent im Bereich Content-Management unterstützt du das gesamte Team bei der Pflege von Webseiten. Du hilfst bei der Pflege im Content-Management-System (CMS) und unterstützt das Team bei der Beratung und Schulung des Kunden im Umgang mit seinem System. Dabei lernst du technisch komplexe Sachverhalte, verschiedene CMS und unterschiedliche Kunden kennen.

Aufgaben

Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bist du für die laufende Betreuung und Pflege unserer (internationalen) Kundenwebsites zuständig und hilfst bei großen Migrationen und dem Umzug in ein neues CMS.
Du lernst bei uns verschiedene Content-Management-Systeme kennen. Im Kundenmanagement übernimmst du auch gerne die direkte Kommunikation und leistest Hilfestellung bei technischen und editorischen Problemen.
Wenn eine Seite nicht richtig angezeigt wird, das richtige Template ausgewählt werden muss oder eine komplette Webseite aufgebaut werden soll: Du analysierst die Anforderungen und leistest mittels Telefon, Videocall oder Mail maximalen Support. Die eingehenden Anfragen erfasst und dokumentierst du in unserem Ticketsystem und bearbeitest diese selbstständig.
Du unterstützt bei internen und externen Schulungen und hilfst deinen Kollegen und Kunden beim Umgang mit dem jeweiligen CMS. Dabei kannst du auch komplizierte Sachverhalte so erklären, dass man sie auch ohne technischen Hintergrund versteht.

Anforderungen

Du bist ein echter Teamplayer. Einer für alle, alle für einen – das ist dein und unser Motto.
Du hast Lust darauf, in angenehmer, offener Atmosphäre zusammen mit einem tollen Team an Websites zu arbeiten.
Erste Kenntnisse in HTML und CSS sowie Erfahrungen mit Content Management Systemen sind ein großes Plus, aber kein Muss.
Du bist lernwillig und hast Spaß daran, dich eigenständig in neue Gebiete einzuarbeiten. Außerdem arbeitest du gerne strukturiert und gewissenhaft und übernimmst Verantwortung.
Du bist kommunikationsstark und bringst eine hohe Internetaffinität mit. Zudem bringt dich so schnell nichts aus der Ruhe – auch wenn das Telefon klingelt, Tickets, Mails und Chatfenster alle auf einmal aufpoppen und obendrein ein Kollege etwas von dir will.
Du sprichst gutes Deutsch und auch dein Englisch kann sich hören lassen.

At our Munich location in the Weißen Quartier, you’ll support our team as a working student in content management by maintaining websites. You’ll assist with content updates in the Content Management System (CMS) and support the team in advising and training clients on how to use their system. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into technically complex issues, various CMS platforms, and different clients.

About the job

Together with your team, you are responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of our (international) customer websites and assist with major migrations and the transition to a new CMS.
You will become familiar with various Content Management Systems (CMS) and take on direct communication in customer management, providing assistance with technical and editorial issues. Whether a page isn't displaying correctly, the correct template needs to be selected, or an entire website needs to be built, you analyze the requirements and provide top-notch support via phone, video call, or email.
You log and document incoming requests in our ticket system and handle them independently.
You also assist with internal and external training sessions, helping your colleagues and clients navigate their respective CMS. In doing so, you're able to explain even complex issues in a way that can be understood without a technical background.

Requirements

You're excited to work on websites in a pleasant, open atmosphere with a great team.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as experience with Content Management Systems, are a big plus, but not a must.
You're eager to learn and enjoy diving into new areas independently. Additionally, you work in a structured and conscientious manner and are ready to take on responsibility.
You're a strong communicator with a high affinity for the internet. Moreover, you stay calm under pressure - even when the phone rings, tickets, emails, and chat windows all pop up at once, and a colleague needs something from you.
You speak good German, and your English is also strong.
